2. Enrollment & Admissions

• Enrollment in any course is subject to availability and confirmed only after submission of required details and payment of applicable fees.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any enrollment application at our discretion.
• Course schedules, batch timings, and instructors are subject to change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students in advance.
• Accurate and complete information must be provided during enrollment. Center4Skills is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information submitted by the student.

3. Fees & Payments

• Course fees must be paid in full or according to the payment plan agreed upon at the time of enrollment.
• All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Center4Skills reserves the right to change course fees at any time; however, changes will not affect students already enrolled at the previously agreed rate.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Fees may be non-refundable once a course has commenced, except where required by law.
• Center4Skills reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a batch due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, students will be offered a transfer to another batch or a suitable resolution.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes regularly and engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students
• Follow all institute rules, codes of conduct, and safety guidelines
• Refrain from any behavior that is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to others

Center4Skills reserves the right to suspend or remove any student from a course for violation of these standards, without refund, where conduct is deemed serious or repeated.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, training resources, logos, and branding provided by Center4Skills are the intellectual property of Center4Skills and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.

7. Certificates

• Certificates of completion are issued only to students who meet the attendance, assignment, and evaluation requirements set by the respective course.
• Center4Skills reserves the right to withhold certification if course requirements are not met.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Center4Skills strives to provide accurate, high-quality training but does not guarantee specific employment outcomes, job placements, or career results following course completion.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or participation in our training programs.
